Commission TOS

★Please read the Terms of Service before commissioning me.★If you’re interested in commissioning me, send me a direct message on Instagram.★I take roughly 3 commission slots + a potential YCH every month. I announce commission openings publicly (through Instagram posts/stories), so if you want to be notified, DM me to get pinned!★I have every right to not accept your commission.

Payment

★I do NOT accept refunds if the artwork has been completed. If you request a refund before I finish your commission, I will only refund 30% of your payment, so do not commission me unless you are absolutely sure you can. (Sketch commissions CANNOT be refunded).★I accept payment through PayPal. Make sure you’re paying in EUR/€.★You must pay 100% of the price before I start your commission.★Please inform me if your commission is intended for commercial use, as that will result in you having to pay a % of your profits (otherwise you cannot use the commission for commercial purposes).★Additional characters are 75% of the original price each. Complicated characters/backgrounds/promots might result in the price increasing.

the kind of customer i work with

★I usually take 1-2 days to complete a drawing, but sometimes I might take longer. If I end up having to delay your commission, I will let you know immediately. Deadlines cost extra.★Remain polite and patient, otherwise I might cancel your commission.★If you ask for a commission and suddenly cannot go through with it, let me know! Ghosting for more than 3 days will result in blacklisting.

Process

★Before deciding to commission me, read through what I will not draw.★Please provide neat references. I will not work off of written descriptions.★I will send you a WIP picture of the base color of the character to make sure I get all of the markings right.★Nitpicking and making me go back to correct things repeatedly will result in a fee as it is extra time spent on your commission.

Finished product

★The commission will be sent as a .PNG file.★I will only send you a watermarked product and you are not allowed to remove it.★I am allowed to use the commission for social media posts, commission examples.★I will not edit your commission after it’s complete.★You are not allowed to take credit for your commission, nor are you allowed to copy/trace it.

Design tos

★Do not claim designs you commission from me as your own. Even if you redesign a character, credit me as the original designer.★You are not allowed to make separate designs referencing the commissioned character, ESPECIALLY for profit.★A Toyhouse account is preferred, but not necessary when purchasing/acquiring my designs.★Do not delete my designs/art of the design off of Toyhouse.★Do NOT make up any rules of the ownership, my rules are the only ones that apply.
